For walk-in cafes and restaurants
See your whole room,
not just the waiting line.
A live floor map and queue for walk-in cafes and restaurants. One flat price, however busy you get, and it keeps working when the wifi doesn’t.
Tap any table to seat it. Tap it again to clear.
Sped up. A full service runs here in about a minute.
Seven o'clock, Saturday
The room is full. The door is filling up. Nobody has the whole picture.
- A queue on a clipboard, and nobody sure who is actually next.
- The host guessing which table is nearly done.
- Two staff calling the same number to two different parties.
- A walk-in leaving because no one could tell them how long.
- Table 12 cleared ten minutes ago and nobody out front knows.
None of that is a staffing problem. It is a visibility problem. And that is the one thing SeatReady aims to solve.
Why this is different
Queue apps manage the line. Booking platforms manage the room, at ten times the price.
Most queue tools treat your restaurant as a list of names. They have no idea a table exists. The platforms that do understand your room are built around reservations, and priced for venues that take them.
| Queue apps | Reservation platforms | SeatReady | |
|---|---|---|---|
| The waiting line | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Your actual room | No | Yes | Yes |
| Typical cost | S$20 to 100/mo | S$200+/mo, plus a fee per cover | S$29/mo flat |
Typical published pricing for each category, not specific products.
Getting started
Running by this afternoon.
Send us your floor plan.
We build your room for you and have it waiting before you log in. A rough sketch on paper works just as well as a proper plan.
Seat and clear with one tap.
Every phone and tablet in the room updates instantly. The host, the floor and the pass all see the same thing.
Hand out numbers that never clash.
Two tablets, two staff, one sequence. It would rather refuse a number than give the same one twice.
The part nobody else does
Works when the wifi doesn't.
Cafe wifi dies at the worst possible moment. Every other tool on that list stops with it.
SeatReady keeps taking seatings and handing out numbers with no connection at all, then syncs when it returns, recorded at the time the parties were actually seated rather than when the signal came back.
And when it genuinely cannot be sure of a number, it says so instead of guessing. Handing the same number to two parties is the one failure worth refusing to risk.
Why it costs what it costs
You only pay for what you actually use.
Reservation platforms are expensive because they are enormous. Bookings, guest profiles, marketing, review management, and a cut of every cover you seat. If you run on reservations, that can be worth it.
A walk-in cafe uses almost none of it, and pays for all of it anyway. SeatReady does the room and the queue, properly, and leaves the rest out. That is the whole reason it costs S$29 instead of S$200.
It also collects nothing about your guests. No names, no phone numbers, nothing to leak and nothing to ask consent for.
What you are not paying for
- A booking engine, when your guests just turn up
- A CRM full of diner profiles you will never open
- Email marketing campaigns you did not ask for
- A fee on every cover you seat
Pricing
One price. However busy you get.
Some platforms charge a fee for every cover you seat, which means a good Saturday costs you more. This does not. A quiet Tuesday and the busiest night of your year cost exactly the same.

Questions
The things owners ask first.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on whatever phone or tablet you already have. Add it to the home screen and it behaves like an app.
What happens if the internet goes down?
It keeps working. Seatings and queue numbers carry on, and everything syncs once you are back online, recorded at the time it actually happened.
Do I have to change my POS?
No. SeatReady replaces the seating chart and the queue, nothing else. Your POS keeps doing menu, prices and billing.
How long does setup take?
Send us your floor plan, or a rough sketch of the room, and we will build it for you. Usually the same day.
Will my staff actually use it?
It is a picture of your room with coloured tables. There is nothing to learn and no training to run.
Can I cancel?
Any time, yourself, in two clicks. No notice period and no contract.
Do you collect my customers’ details?
No. There are no guest names or phone numbers in the system at all, so there is nothing to leak and no consent to manage.
